Office hours are when Highndry Storage Solutions staff are available to assist you and discuss your storage needs and other services. Office Hours are typically from 8am to 5pm, 7 Days a week.

Access Hours are any times outside of Office Hours. During Access Hours you can use your individual access code to drop-off or pick-up your items from the secure holding area. Please note, if you want to pick-up during Access Hours then you need to give us reasonable prior notice so we move your items from secure indoor storage to the secure outdoor holding area.

As detailed above, during office hours the Highndry Storage Solutions staff are available to assist you and discuss your storage needs.
During Access Hours you use your individual access code to drop-off or pick-up your items from the secure holding area.

We don’t need any notice if you want to arrange a pick-up during Office Hours. Collection will probably be faster for you if you call us 30 minutes before you arrive, but it’s not essential.

To arrange a pick-up during Access Hours, you need to give us reasonable prior notice so we move your items from secure indoor storage to the secure outdoor holding area. Reasonable prior notice is usually at least 2 hours before close of Office Hours the day before.

In other words, if you want to pick up your boat at 5am on Sunday morning, then ideally you would need to let us know 2 hours before closing time the day before…. i.e. 3pm Saturday.

It’s best not to forget your codes, but if you do, please call Highndry Storage Solutions for assistance during regular Office Hours. Remember always ensure your PIN is securely stored and is not written down on any documents which could be easily found and used by someone other than the person to whom we provide the PIN.

Security is important to us, too. Our facility is highly secure, fenced and gated with security lighting, alarm systems and 24-hour surveillance. We have state-of-the-art security and access control systems, and digital video surveillance systems. 

We have electronic keypad access to the secure holding area for pick-up and drop-off. We also have permanent managers and/or security personnel always on-site, 24.7. Our On-site manager is a Highndry Storage Solutions employee who lives in an apartment on-site.
