Terms and Conditions

  • This system is for existing and current customers only. New customers please send through the enquiry form on our website.
  • Bookings can only be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
  • Bookings for Sunday or before 12pm on Monday should be booked before 10am on Saturday so we have time to get the item ready for pick up.
  • Please ensure your account is paid up to date to ensure unrestricted access, an overdue account balance will result in entry not being granted at the gate.
  • If you are cancelling your storage agreement with us, we require 14 days’ notice before your next payment is due. Please email us directly to cancel your agreement to info@hndstorage.com.au.
  • Multiple bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance.
  • If you have an emergency and need access with less than 24 hours’ notice, please contact us directly on 0438 644 240. An extra fee may apply.
